Who is the administrator of your personal data?

The administrator of your personal data is:
dk Executive Search Limited Liability Company
sp. k., ul. 1 Sierpnia 4, 02-134 Warsaw,
(hereinafter referred to as “We”, “dk Executive Search”).

dk Executive Search is processing personal data
of Candidates, persons who have recommended them and who have given us references, as well
as the contact persons in the organisations of our Clients.

Questions regarding the processing

of your personal data


You can contact us by writing a letter to the following address:

with a note on the envelope "Personal data", or by sending an
e-mail with your inquiry.

How have we received your data?


We have received your personal data directly from you (if you are a Candidate) or they have been given

to us by the person who has provided references about you, or from your employer with whom we cooperate and who has passed them to us.

What do we use your data for?


The data from your CV is used for:

  • handling the recruitment process carried out now or in the future

  • provision of recruitment/assessment services set down in contracst with clients.


Additionally, subject to your consent, we process your data:

  • contained in cookies collected from our websites for the purpose of analysing your interactions with our website

  • for the purpose of contacting you during
    a recruitment process

What is the legal basis for the processing of your data?


We process your personal data in accordance with GDPR, only with your consent, which you have given to us.


When do you need to provide us with your details?


In order for us to be able to include you in recruitment processes that we are currently conducting or that we are about to conduct, it is necessary for you to provide your personal data, contained in your CV. If you are
a source of references, you may choose to provide your personal data.


Who are your data shared with?

We share your data with:

  • potential future employers (only with your consent)

  • entities providing services for us, acting on our behalf (working for us during the implementation of recruitment processes)

  • ICT service providers (cloud storage, servers, email): Microsoft Ireland Operations, Ltd.,
    One Microsoft Place, South County Business Park, Leopardstown, Dublin 18, D18 P521


We may share your personal data (to a limited extent) with entities that provide us with legal support, consulting and auditing services. In certain circumstances, we may transfer your personal data to public authorities if this is required by law.


All the above-mentioned entities are located in the European Economic Area (we do not transfer them outside the European Union).

How long do we keep your data?


If you are our Candidate, we store your data until you withdraw your consent to their processing. Also, if you have sent us your CV, but your application has not resulted in a job offers since your last update of your data, we will store your data for 6 years from their last update.


The data of the persons providing references are processed until the processing of personal data of
a job Candidate ceases, or until his/her consent is withdrawn.


Personal data of contact persons are processed only for the duration of the contract with the respective Client (your employer)

Your data may also be stored for a period of time specified by legal regulations.

We will strive to guarantee your rights set out the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e .:

 

  • the right to withdraw consent

  • the right to access, modify and delete your data,

  • the right to limit processing of data

  • the right to object to their processing

  • the right to transfer your personal data - that is, the the right to receive from us your personal in
    a structured, generally accepted and readable electronic format.


You can also  transfer your data (or ask us to transfer them) to another Data Administrator. However, we will only be able to do this if the transfer of data is technically possible, and the other Administrator agrees to receiving data from us. Is your personal data used for profiling

and/or automated decision making?


Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner in our IT infrastructure, however, they are not being used for automated decision making. Thus, the operation of our systems will not cause any legal effects to you or significantly affect your situation.

Nevertheless, we profile data of all our Candidates
in the following areas:

  • their professional experience

  • employer/sector for/in which they have been
    or are working

  • knowledge of foreign languages

  • education

  • other information, which they have given to us in their resume.
