Scope of the job:
 

Due to the dynamic expansion of the company’ business, there is a need of appointing a top-class executive with the mission of further acceleration of international growth, with focus on global sales channel (marketplace), which is currently most significant source of company’s business. 

The Head of Global Business will be responsible for creating, developing and implementing the successful 

e-commerce strategy in order to continue company’s fast-track global business performance. 

 

Reporting directly to CEO, the job holder will be a member of Executive Committee. He or She will take responsibility of a highly talented 16-people team. This C-level role creates a wide further development perspective – as the company accelerates also drop-shipping and D2C sales channels.

Key Requirements

  • Head of Global Business should be a digital business passionate and practitioner, ready to broaden his professional knowledge and eager to share with already gained expertise. 

  • Entrepreneurial hands-on leader, with strong commercial acumen and drive, but also with strong focus on people.

  • Proven various channels experience including marketplace – with successful track record of executing growth and channel development.

  • Strategic view combined with ability to act with hands-on approach.

  • Analytical mind combined with Excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Well-developed managerial practical experience – ideally leadership style based on coaching & mentoring and a mixture of assertiveness and empathy.

  • Familiarity with a production company would be an asset.

  • Familiarity with international business development would be an advantage.

  • English language.

  • Flexibility in context of job location (company’s office in Wrocław, possibility of hybrid model of work)
